Let’s carve out some intentional time to slow down, make space and rest deeply; recuperating from our physical bodies all the way to our nervous system. This will be a 90 minute restorative practice with plenty of time to drop into each pose. There will be plenty of props provided so every pose we do will be set up in a way that supports your body.
Morgan Engels will be guiding this session. With 15 years of experience teaching restorative yoga to a wide range of people, she guides the sessions with a mentored eye. You will work together — she will provide many prop options while also encouraging you to find the authentic support that allows you to settle in.
