Awaken: Sound Integration & Reset

Join Abby of Resonant Heart for a gentle guided experience through music, sound, vibration, meditation, and self as we continue to welcome in the energy of spring and open up space to awaken & receive that which we have been seeking.

This 90 minute session will integrate the use of meditation, gentle recorded & live sound experiences along with the option of some direct sound work on the body. All techniques are designed to regulate and reset the nervous system and help you reach a state of inner peace, clarity and relaxation. We have a limited amount of blankets and mats, so please feel free to bring whatever will help you feel most comfortable (mats, blankets, pillows, etc.). We will be lying on the floor and do have a few foam mats for those who seek extra support – if you prefer a different accommodation please reach out to me directly at resonant.heart.mke@gmail.com.

Sound Integration & Reset groups are designed to be intimate, small group sessions that go deeper than a typical sound bath experience and have the option of direct, individual sound work on or near the body. Signed consent will be required before the session begins. Tickets are limited to 6 group members.

Contribution: Tickets are $35-50 sliding scale and registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is canceled by the host.
