About the Facilitators:

Alicia Rytlewski is a piano instructor and music composer. She came across neurodivergence when searching extensively into EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) after having some unexplained health issues. When she realized her own neurodivergence, it became a special interest for her. When she couldn’t find a local neuro-affirming circle, she thought of starting one of her own. She brought her idea to her friend Angela, and the neuro-affirming circle was born. Alicia lives with her husband, son and many pets in Bay View.

Katy Kujala-Korpela (she/her) specializes in supporting perinatal, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent clients. As the founder of Spectrum of Growth Counseling, Katy provides affirming, client-centered care to individuals navigating life’s transitions, identity exploration, and the challenges of simply living in this world. With a background in Community Psychology from Alverno College, Katy integrates community-centered therapy with evidence-based approaches, fostering a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Outside of therapy, Katy loves to watercolor paint, swim in the Great Lakes and play soccer. She has three neurodivergent kiddos and is passionate about building community.
