This class begins with mindful sequences inspired by yoga to help you set intentions, warm up the body, and gently stretch. From there, we will transition into guided movements that encourage you to explore freedom and flow to music, creating a playful and intuitive connection with your body. Each session will center around a unique theme, bringing focus and depth to the experience. The theme for March is bloom.
We’ll end with a grounding cool-down, inspired by yoga practices, where you can relax, reflect, or journal while listening to soothing music and guided meditations. This class is designed to be welcoming and accessible to all—no previous dance or yoga experience is needed. You’ll receive supportive guidance throughout, with the freedom to move in ways that feel natural and comfortable to you.
Bring a journal, a yoga mat (if you have one), and a friend. Come as you are, barefoot and in clothing that allows you to move with ease.
Contribution: Tickets are $22. Registration closes 24 hours prior to the session. Minimum 3 registered participants required. Tickets cannot be reimbursed after the registration deadline unless the event is cancelled by the host.
