Join us for a gentle and empowering 4-week prenatal yoga series designed to support your body, mind, and baby during pregnancy. This series is perfect for expectant parents at any stage, whether you’re looking to ease discomfort, build strength for birth, or simply connect with your growing baby.

Each week, you’ll be guided through:
– Breathwork to calm the nervous system and prepare for labor
– Gentle movement & stretching to relieve tension and improve mobility
– Pelvic floor & core support to strengthen key muscles for birth & recovery

No prior yoga experience is needed—just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. This is a beautiful opportunity to nurture your body, embrace the journey of pregnancy, and connect with a supportive community. The Center has some yoga mats, cushions and bolsters, but feel free to consider bringing any props you may like to use during your practice.

About the Facilitator:

I first came to my mat in high school, longing for a place of connection. Yoga quickly became a space of grounding and purpose during my young adult years, and joining a studio allowed me to find the community I was searching for. In 2018, I completed my 200-hour teacher training to deepen my practice. Before I even graduated, I found myself teaching in front of a studio full of students, and I’ve been sharing my love of yoga ever since. Over the years, I’ve pursued additional training in trauma-informed yoga, yin, restorative yoga, and meditation facilitation, each adding layers of depth to my teaching.

Yoga evolved into a spiritual practice for me, leading me to explore further. Becoming a certified Reiki Master deepened my understanding of the connection between ourselves, the universe, and all beings. Combining the benefits of yoga and Reiki has become a profound passion of mine. My intention as a teacher is to guide others toward connection—whether through an invigorating power flow or a deeply restorative practice. My hope is that everyone who steps onto their mat leaves feeling grounded, centered, and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
