Claire is an Acupuncturist at 8 Branches Chinese Medicine. Her treatment approach is rooted in the desire to explore and share our stunning and humbling place in Creation. 

Her formal education at Midwest College of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine gave her the foundation to learn Traditional Medicine practices and apply them in contemporary times. Currently, needling is her favorite modality to employ. The subtle, yet profound shifts that such a simple tool can make in one’s health and well-being amaze her. In addition to being the self proclaimed ‘needle guy’, Claire has been instrumental in expanding the herbal pharmacy at 8 Branches while also working diligently with the VA to support our ability to facilitate acupuncture for Veterans in Milwaukee.

Her side projects include honing her herbology skills by cross referencing herbal references with her Ojibwa pharmacopeia and dreaming up an Acupuncture program on her beloved Lac du Flambeau Indian Reservation.

When not studying medicine, Claire enjoys naps, sewing and listening to podcasts. Claire is a proud, enrolled member of the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians.
